    Come Join Jill at the most beautiful location for Yoga on the York River.

    Here is a brief bio.
    Jill Winkowski, yoga facilitator! Jill received her RYT 200 hour yoga teaching certificate in 2016 after studying at Studio South in Williamsburg, Virginia. She's a yoga nomad, practicing at a number of the wonderful local yoga studios and beautiful locations. Jill integrates breath practice with traditional yoga asanas for a centering, rejuvenating hour long practice.

    Jill writes:  If  you want, you can sign up directly on my website for both in person (1st and 3rd Mondays) and/or online (2nd and 4th Mondays). The website is gratitudeyoga.net and here's the short description from my website for the online class:

    Online Community Yoga Class

    2nd and 4th Mondays: 6 to 6:50 p.m.

    Group class, 50 minutes, FREE!

    (Max 30 students, Sign Up is required, Sign In closes at 6 p.m. at the start of class.)
