The Staff and Museum Board Members wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We have had a great 2015 at the Museum. We’ve seen thousands of school students learning and even more local visitors and tourists. We enjoyed the visit of the tall ship L’Hermione. And we had great events like the the Pirate Invasion, Wheels and Waves, the Oyster Roast, our Folk Festival, the Chili Cook-off and our Fourth Friday Member TGIFs.
As a reminder, the Museum and the Gift Shop will be open through December 23rd. That means you can come visit and buy a Christmas present or ten almost up until the last minute. But, then, we close our doors from 24 December through 31 March.
As exciting as 2015 has been, we know next year will be even more fun. We’ll see you in 2016!
