The Carriage House, Events Tent, and Beachfront Rentals

Any time of year is the right time to have an event along the beautiful York River 

Our Carriage House with a deck overlooking the York River, the large Event Tent and Deck, our beautiful beach, and other areas of our grounds are available for rent. We rent these facilities for weddings, receptions, birthday parties, reunions, corporate events, etc. Pricing is dependent upon time of year, day of the week, and amount of our facilities and grounds you chose to rent.

For reservations or information, please complete the below form.  The form allows us to better understand your wishes.  So, in the comments block, please include any specific data you would like us to address (for instance: use of the beach, the hours you are interested in renting, questions about catering, etc.). Then, when we contact you, we are already prepared to answer some of the more detailed questions you have.

Rental of the Carriage House, Events Tent, Beach and Grounds are all coordinated by the Museum Office.  email admin@watermens.org.

Our preferred caterers are Chef K Cooking and The Yorktown Pub.  When renting, we recommend you consider The Yorktown Pub or Chef K as your caterer for many reasons. Chef K is an award -winning local chef.  Chef K is also an International television celebrity Chef.
