    Here is a brief bio.
Jill Winkowski, yoga facilitator! Jill received her RYT 200 hour yoga teaching certificate in 2016 after studying at Studio South in Williamsburg, Virginia. She's a yoga nomad, practicing at a number of the wonderful local yoga studios. Jill integrates breath practice with traditional yoga asanas for a centering, rejuvenating 50 Minute practice.

Community Yoga at the Watermen's Museum will be meeting this evening at the Carriage House at 6 p.m. Doors open around 5:45 and sessions last until 6:50.
We'll be starting a new four session series focused on integrating our stretches using breath and counterposes.

Classes are in person $10 and virtual $5 (plus .37 Square fee for electronic transactions)

All proceeds go to the Watermen's Museum for use of the room.

    Hope to see you there!
